Magna Timeshare Software offers TOUR VENDOR PORTALS for it’s clients.
- TOUR VENDOR PORTALS allow tour vendors to upload future tours in bulk by spreadsheet OR hand enter a tour’s detail one at a time.
- REPORTS show them what tours they have booked for the future and past.
- It will ONLY show the tours that vendor has booked, it will NOT show other vendor’s tours.
- Vendors will also have access to reports that show them the result of past tours;
- Did the tour show?
- Was the tour qualified or NQ?
- Was the tour a NO SHOW.?
- What tours are confirmed or not confirmed?
STOP having vendors call, email and pester you to get tour results.
Vendors can use these reports to call the NO SHOW tours to try and reschedule.
Magna can send out automated ‘End of Day Manifest’ emails so you don’t have to create the report by hand.
